Speedy Travels acts as a travel planner and booking agent. We design itineraries and arrange services with independent suppliers including hotels, transport operators, airlines and activity providers.

While we select suppliers carefully, we do not own or operate them, and their own terms and conditions apply to the services they deliver.

Prices shown on this website are indicative, per person on double sharing unless stated otherwise, and vary by season, hotel category, availability and group size.

A quotation is valid for the period stated in writing at the time it is issued. Once confirmed in writing, the price is honoured except where government taxes, fuel surcharges or currency movements change materially before payment.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the advance payment specified in your quotation. The balance is due according to the schedule shared at booking.

Certain components — including flights, permit-based activities and peak-season hotels — may require full payment at the time of booking and may be non-refundable. We will always flag this before you pay.

You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, meeting visa and health requirements, and following local laws and supplier safety instructions.

Where a visa is refused, supplier cancellation charges apply as per the relevant policy. We will support your application and provide documentation, but we cannot guarantee an outcome decided by an embassy or consulate.

We are not liable for delays, changes or additional costs arising from events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, political events, strikes, airport closures or government restrictions. Where such events occur, we will work with suppliers to recover whatever is recoverable.
