Cancellation & Booking Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email or WhatsApp. The date we receive the written request is the date used to calculate charges.

More than 30 days before departure: a processing fee, plus any non-refundable components already paid for, such as flights or permit-based activities.

Between 30 and 15 days before departure: one night's charge or 25 per cent of the trip value, whichever is lower, plus non-refundable components.

Between 15 and 7 days before departure: 50 per cent of the trip value.

Within 7 days of departure, or in case of no-show: 100 per cent of the trip value, as suppliers have already committed inventory.

Some components are non-refundable from the moment they are booked. These typically include flight tickets, train tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, safari permits and special-event tickets. We identify every such component in your quotation before you confirm.

Date changes, destination changes and traveller-name changes are subject to supplier availability and may attract a change fee plus any difference in cost. We will quote the change before applying it.

In the rare event that we have to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, or a comparable alternative trip of your choice.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days of confirmation. Bank and payment-gateway processing times are outside our control, and we will share the transaction reference once the refund is initiated.
